The Workshop:

Quite a few of the exhibiting artists are from the original VJ scene in London. They met through being booked to perform with Reality Check a VJ collective who were residents at the now defunct Turnmills nightclub, Clerkenwell 1996-2003. Paul (50% punkvert and 110% bullshit artist) was a founder member of said delinquents.

Apart from the video art, Reality Check (and Vitascope) produced 16mm film loop animations and remixed them through analogue video techniques. This process is going to be revived for the current exhibition and an opportunity for you to make and show some work as part of the exhibition is here! Art is for all, not just stuffy buggers, eh?

The workshop is going to be held at Vinyl in three parts with the first being the important one for you to turn up to.
